About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a superstar candidate to fill the role Work from Home – Casual – Sales Admin / Assistant
If you happen to be local to Robina then you’ll have the opportunity to work in the office, when it suits you and if it’s
helpful to be side by side with the founder.
The Sales / Admin Assistant will be responsible for:
● Working with the founder & the Philippines based EA
● Following up with clients on communications they’re receiving to gather feedback
● Working in our software systems including CRM & proposal software to do updates and more
● Appointment setting with our existing clients
Please note: there is no cold calling required. This is more of a customer service type role however, there is a “selling”
aspect to it, albeit subtle.
The suitable candidate will fit the following selection criteria:
● Only non-smokers need apply
● A natural aptitude for customer service & sales
● Sales acumen / skills / experience
● Well spoken & Presented
● Exceptional communication & interpretation skills
● Advanced Computer Skills including MS Office plus a love of software & technology
● References from past employment
