We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to promote our company’s brand and services. Someone with extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. This role will need someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability while reflecting the company’s core values: Integrity, Loyalty, Confidentiality, Courage and Commitment. This role is not for everyone, it’s for a Superstar ready to shine in a long-term role where the sky’s the limit.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review our Brand & Marketing Documents & then refine them (for a version 1 launch)
  • Create & Manage the project for the launch
  • Finalise all assets required (some doing, some coordination of others)
  • Campaign launches: Book, Podcast & Socials
  • Lead Generation Partnership manager (nurture current, develop new)
  • Take the concept to market, manage limited launch formula through to launch
  • Email list building activities
  • Email Marketing campaigns Marketing
  • Further, once the program commences you’ll form part of the HQ tribe who educates and supports the tribe – your specialty being “Marketing” – You’ll also assist them with the implementation and use of their plug-and-play, done-for-you assets.

We are looking for a senior, skilled, experienced full-time bookkeeper with minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Australian Bookkeeping (based in the Philippines with Superior English Language Skills). You will be working under the supervision of Senior local staff. Please note this is NOT an accounts role, this is a senior bookkeeping role and only highly skilled individuals should apply. Our organisation takes great pride in ensuring clients’ books are always up-to-date, accurate and professionally monitored.

Job Responsibilities:

  • End to end bookkeeping functions using Xero & Receipt-bank (and QBO but primarily Xero)
  • Processing in or using other software as required (ie: repair shopper, tanda, deputy, service m8, leap)
  • Catch Up Bookkeeping
  • BAS preparation
  • Balance Sheet reconciliation
  • Profit and Loss reviews
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Practice management and administration duties
  • The hours are around 38 hours per week. This is a long-term career opportunity & we will review wages and conditions after a trial period.

 

Who can apply:
The suitable candidate will fit the following selection criteria:

  • Preferably Philippines location
  • Fast, reliable internet & good electricity
  • Hardware for the trial period (we can supply hardware after the trial period)
  • Superior English language skills, written and verbal (this is a must)
  • All suitable candidates will be subject to an interview with skills and language testing
  • No moonlighting, this is a full-time job, you cannot service clients outside our practice (you’ll work solely for us & be 100% focussed around our practice)
  • A minimum 2 years senior bookkeeping experience is required
  • Accounting or Bookkeeping Qualification
  • Advanced Computer Skills including MS Office plus a love of software & technology
  • A minimum 2 years Xero experience
  • MYOB & QBO Skills an advantage
  • Advanced Touch Typing (on home keys)
  • Advanced Keypad Data Entry Speed and Proficiency
  • Intermediate to Advanced Payroll skills
  • National Crime Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • References from your last 5 years of employment
  • You have the choice to work from home or we can place you in an office if you’d prefer.
